The warranty on the devices is two years, and the warranty on installation and operation is three months.
If the client wishes to extend the warranty for installation and operation, an annual maintenance contract is signed, and the financial compensation is calculated based on the existing devices and their number, and a price offer is attached to this contract.
Devices covered by the warranty (recording devices – cameras – switches – hard disk)
Items not covered by the warranty (wires – transformers – electrical connections)
Things that void the warranty of the devices (natural disasters – water damage to devices for any reason – a malfunction in the electric current, such as a short circuit in the circuit – misuse – interference by a third party, whether in maintenance or adding other devices).
