Since 2018, and more than a thousand projects
We began in Riyadh installing surveillance systems, then grew into everything around them: the network that carries the cameras, the phone system that connects departments, the alarm that warns, and the door that opens only for those authorised. One facility, served by one party — instead of several contractors who never speak to one another.
Today we serve three sectors: government bodies, commercial premises, and villas and homes. Each has different requirements — what suits a villa does not suit a ministry headquarters, and the reverse is equally true.
How we work
We survey first. We visit the site, measure, and ask about the purpose before the device. We do not quote over the phone, because pricing without a survey is guesswork — and the client pays for it twice.
Then a detailed written offer: equipment, quantities and specifications, scope of work, timeline and warranty. No vague clauses to be interpreted later.
Then execution and testing. We do not leave until the person responsible for the site has operated the system themselves.
Then after handover. Two years' warranty on the main equipment, with scheduled maintenance available as a separate contract.
