Warranty policy

Warranty period

Two years on the equipment, and three months on installation and commissioning.

To extend the installation and commissioning warranty, an annual maintenance contract is signed. Its fee is calculated according to the equipment and its quantity, and a quotation is attached to the contract.

What voids the warranty

Natural disasters

Water reaching the equipment, for any reason

An electrical fault, such as a short circuit

Misuse

Third-party intervention, whether by servicing or by adding other equipment
